I've spent years at the intersection of product management and AI engineering, shipping systems that work in production, not just in demos. That journey has taken me through healthcare, government contracting, financial services, and other regulated industries where AI isn't optional but where getting it wrong isn't either.

Before founding Sweet AI, I led product and technical teams building everything from multi-agent platforms to conversational AI systems to predictive analytics tools. I've written PRDs and Python in the same sprint, debugged production ML pipelines at 2am, and presented AI strategy to executives who needed to understand not just what to build but why it would work.

What I kept seeing was the same pattern: companies with ambitious AI goals struggling to translate them into shipped products. The gap wasn't usually technical capability. It was the ability to bridge strategy and execution, to turn a vision into a roadmap into working software that users actually adopt.
